About Me

I’m Svetlana Rock, a Calgary REALTOR® who helps buyers relocate to Calgary, downsize and rightsize, or find their first home in Calgary and the surrounding area. I believe real estate should feel personal, straightforward, and a lot less intimidating.

My background is in sales, financial services, leadership, and coaching—industries that taught me how to listen carefully, negotiate confidently, pay attention to the details, and most importantly, understand what people actually need instead of simply trying to sell them something.

For me, real estate is about much more than bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. A home represents a stage of life. You may be buying your first property, moving because your family is growing, downsizing after decades in the same home, investing, or simply realizing that your current home no longer fits the life you want.

That’s where I come in.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout Calgary and the surrounding area, providing clear information, practical advice, and a strategy built around your goals. I’ll tell you what I see, explain your options, and make sure you understand what you’re signing before you sign it. No unnecessary pressure. No complicated real estate language when plain English will do.

I’m also bilingual in English and Russian, and I’m happy to work with clients in either language.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about fitness, healthy aging, personal growth, good coffee, and building a life you genuinely enjoy. I bring that same philosophy to real estate: your home should support the way you want to live.
